At One Caring World, we provide digital products designed to support better daily routines, planning, reflection, personal development, and calmer everyday living. Because our products are delivered digitally, our return and refund process differs from that of physical products.

Digital Products

All products sold by One Caring World are digital products. No physical items are shipped.

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been provided or the product has been downloaded, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where there is a valid issue with the purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please check your digital order after purchase and contact us as soon as possible if:

The download link does not work
You cannot access your purchased file
The file is corrupted or defective
You received the wrong digital product
You were charged more than once for the same purchase

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, may provide a replacement file, corrected access, or another suitable solution.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Situations

Because our products are digital, we generally cannot provide refunds simply because:

You changed your mind
You no longer want the product
You purchased the product by mistake
You accessed the product and decided it was not suitable for you
You did not use the product after purchasing it

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

Exchanges

Physical exchanges do not apply to our digital products.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If applicable law gives you a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase, that right will apply subject to the requirements and exceptions provided by applicable law.

For digital content supplied immediately after purchase, the right to cancel may be affected when you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins, where permitted by applicable law.
