At One Caring World, we provide digital products only, including downloadable PDF resources, guides, planners, worksheets, and other digital materials. Because our products are delivered electronically, we do not ship physical products.

Digital Delivery

All purchases from One Caring World are delivered digitally.

After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive access to your purchased digital product through the email address provided during checkout and/or through the digital delivery system used by our store.

Depending on the product and delivery system, your download may be available immediately or shortly after your order has been processed.

No Physical Shipping

One Caring World does not currently sell or ship physical products.

Therefore, there are:

No physical shipping charges
No shipping carriers
No tracking numbers
No delivery packages
No customs or import shipping charges

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide corrected access, a replacement file, or another suitable solution.

Delivery Times

Because our products are digital, there is no physical shipping or delivery period.
